How do I personalise my order?

On every product page you’ll find a field labelled “Name on Product” or “Enter name or message to engrave.” Simply type the name, initials, or short message you’d like on the product before adding it to your cart. That information comes directly to us with your order and we get started immediately.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are personalised and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery across India typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch depending on your location. If you need an order urgently — for example before a birthday or Rakhi — WhatsApp us before ordering and we’ll confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Can I place a bulk order for corporate gifting?

Absolutely, corporate and bulk orders are something we handle regularly. We can personalise any quantity with individual names, designations, or a company message. Pricing for bulk orders is available on request. Send us a message on WhatsApp or fill in the contact form above with your quantity and requirements and we’ll get back to you within 4 hours.

What if I make a spelling mistake in the personalisation?

Please double-check the name or message before placing your order. once engraving begins we cannot make changes. If you realise there’s an error immediately after placing your order, WhatsApp us at +91 63518 52557 as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before production starts.

What materials are your products made from?

Our keychains and pens are made from premium stainless steel and metal alloys. materials chosen specifically because they hold engraving beautifully and are built to last. Our wallets use quality faux leather. Our hampers include a combination of these materials presented in a custom gift box. Every material is selected to ensure the finished product feels as premium as it looks.
