  • Manufacturing: Sharing the personalization assets (names/photos) with our production team and third-party manufacturing partners to create your specific product.
  • Delivery: Sharing name and address details with our logistics partners (e.g., ShipRocket, Delhivery) to ensure your gift reaches its destination.
  • Communication: Sending order confirmations, tracking details, and support via WhatsApp and Email.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with tax (GST) and regulatory requirements in India.
3. Data Retention & Image Privacy

Because we handle personal memories, we follow a strict retention schedule:

  • Uploaded Photos: Any images provided for personalization are stored securely during the design and printing phase. These are permanently deleted from our active production servers within 30 days of order fulfillment to protect your privacy while allowing time for any necessary reprints or quality checks.
  • Order Records: Basic transaction data is kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.
4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners essential to our operations:

  • Production Partners: Only the specific details (name/photo) needed to customize the product.
